Corporate client headquartered in midwest requires an Operations Controller for their manufacturing facility in the Camarillo area. Will lead the month end closing process, reporting results to corporate. Having really strong People Management Skills (will manage team of two employees) is necessary. Should have accounting degree from a reputable school (CPA or Masters Degree a plus) and 5-10 years experience in a general accounting environment. Additionally, will support corporate initiative and compliance; financial reporting, inventory control; experience in standard costing; monthly journal entries and accruals; annual budget development and quarterly forecast updates; fixed asset accounting. Must possess the ability to evaluate and improve financial processes.All applicants applying for job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
