Responsibilities: Preparation, oversight and filing of Form 10-Q/10-K for two US registrants and for filing Form 10-Q/10-K equivalent for one Canadian registrant. Preparation/oversight of materials for investor relations (earnings release package, Reg G schedules, etc.). Preparation/oversight of the Monthly Financial Summary for the Board of Directors Report, Governmental Reports, . Maintenance of appropriate SOX control documentation. Represent the Group at internal meetings and on senior level intern-functional teams. Research and document significant accounting issues / conclusions Direct, coach, train and develop internal and external reporting staff.. Direct external resources as necessary, including auditors.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, 8+ years of related accounting experience, Supervisory/Management experience, Strong understanding of US Firm and SEC Rules and Regulations, CPA Certified, and preference for Public Accounting experience.
