Job Description:
Responsibilities: Assesses the effectiveness of both financial and operational controls. Provides leadership in process redesign efforts incorporating internal controls and associated monitoring processes. Supervises, develops and optimizes performance of staff within the realm of responsibility. Works effectively with and influences broader Controller's staff to align processes and achieve organizational objectives. Exemplify the Company's Essential Elements Requires an experienced professional with control, audit and/or operational accounting knowledge and skills to the point of being recognized as an expert in the field of finance, accounting or internal control within the Company. Bachelor's degree required with a major in Accounting or Finance preferred. Requires 8-12 years relevant experience. CPA or CMA, advanced degree or other certifications is a plus. Must understand the goals and strategies of the Company and develop the appropriate controls to support them. Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and management skills with results orientation and a commitment to excellence.
