Job Code: B2337AUG08 Job duties include but not limited to the following: Manage and provide technical leadership for Corporate Accounts Receivable team Establish operating policy Make decisions that have short-term impact Work through complexities associated with coordination across multiple areas, conflicting efforts and limited resources Develop plans to achieve business unit objectives Develop and implement related programs, projects or processes Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting 6+ years recent experience working in an Accounting or Finance role in a large, complex corporate environment 3+ years of direct management experience supervising exempt-level employees Strong technical accounting experience (i.e. complex reconciliations, accounting controls) Demonstrated experience in financial statement analysis Demonstrated experience accomplishing quality & productivity improvements Experience developing and executing financial policies Experience working with MS Word and Excel Strong understanding of complex financial system processes and accounting flows Excellent oral and written communication skills Business Specific Criteria (preferred skills): Masters degree in related field CPA or CMA Experience working with Monarch or other data mining tool Experience working with PeopleSoft financial modules Experience in performing credit risk assessments of potential group customers Insurance or financial services industry experience.
