Description for Corporate Tax Manager:-Prepare the company's quarterly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in compliance with Firm -Analyze financial statements and accounting transactions as they relate to tax compliance and planning, and to ensure appropriate tax treatment -Prepare or review complex State or non-tax returns and related estimated tax payments for a complex group of legal entities - Perform technical tax research using electronic research services, generate documentation in standardized work paper files to support tax return filing positions and assist in tax planning -Prepare the quarterly and annual plan tax forecast for cash flow and effective tax rate purposes -Assist with federal and state audits -Manage the outsourcing of personal property, sales and use tax reporting for the U.S. operations -Work with IT personnel to enhance systems support for tax requirements.
