Job Description:
The Accounting Controls manager should have a solid foundation in public accounting or in private audit with extensive experience in The manager will guide our global Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program, including planning, scoping and risk assessment, coordination of S teams, development of test plans, review of documentation and reporting on results. Position will also assist with designing and executing consistent strategies and processes around the world for accounting and internal control, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles in the U.S., Securities and Exchange Commission regulations and Managers will be interviewed who have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CPA or CMA certification, with 3+ years in either Public Accounting (with manufacturing clients) or in a manufacturer's internal auditing group with a concentration focused on internal control and recent Sarbanes-Oxley involvement. Ideal candidates will have intermediate knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
