North Dallas client need hands-on Reporting consultant for our Richardson client who has recently gone public through a blank check acquisition. This person will work on the Fair Value Assessments including consolidating fixed asset files and schedules, and amortization. In addition, the consultant would help pull together the pro forma work from the consolidation of the two previously separate entities including input for the successful candidate will have previous hands-on Reporting experience, very strong knowledge of Firm and current on Fair Value analysis related to purchased assets. In addition, previous M&A experience is beneficial. Strong Excel skills are required. A Firm is preferred.All applicants applying for to work in Canada. Experience: Prior M&A experience is beneficial.
