Job Description:

The position will support the revenue goals of our Houston Metro Service office. The selected candidate will manage the Operations; ensuring strong customer relationships are established and maintained while also driving employees to achieve business goals. Promote team cooperation (service/sales) and expansion of existing relationships (both internal and external) across divisions and service area. Work effectively with teams in coordinating engineering and sales activities to achieve results. This person will have overall responsibility for gross profit results. He/she will determine and manage processes to ensure accuracy and appropriate estimating methods to meet company and customer objectives. Assist employees in establishing margins, identifying resources and assessing future potential business. Participate in selling to large/key accounts as needed. Develop Operations budgets, manpower forecast and long term business growth strategies. Be familiar with industry benchmarks and best practices that maximize Service impact. Demonstrate creative ability in developing new products, services that increase customer share. This position requires a minimum of a BA/BS degree with 6 to 10+ years experience. Compensation package includes a six-figure base salary plus annual bonus and incentives, company car or car allowance, expense account, etc.
