DEPARTMENT: Service GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for managing the service delivery, administration, and profitability of a local service office. Will be accountable for achieving an annual financial performance target. Will put good communication, technical, and organizational skills to work leading a team of field service professionals. PRINCIPLE DUTIES: · Direct and manage the delivery of a full range of cooling tower mechanical service projects and service maintenance agreements to commercial and industrial companies in assigned district. · Manage district resources to achieve financial and operational performance objectives. · Oversee and participate in the project cost estimating process. · Review and approve proposals and bid submissions for tendered service projects. · Use sound project management skills to control costs and maximize margin results on complex service projects. · Manage the activities of a field service team to optimize manpower utilization and ensure customer satisfaction. · Represent company at local trade shows and participate in local trade organizations. · Provide regular and timely feedback and reports to management. · Interface with sales resources, headquarters, field service employees, and local administrative staff in carrying out company business. · Work closely with subcontractors and company employees to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained.
