As Maintenance Supervisor you will work along with and direct a team to ensure the community is in excellent condition for our residents and enhance the value for the company. Manage service requests and preparing apartments for move-in while performing hands-on maintenance of the community. Act as a leader by motivating and developing as well as delegating work and supervising your team. Manage vendors, inventory and budget. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Supervisory experience is preferred. 3+ years hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, appliances etc. is necessary. HVAC experience and EPA certification required.
