Job Description:

Responsibilities of the junior mechanical estimator will include but are not limited to: -Read and interpret HVAC proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. -Attend pre-bid meetings -Prepare HVAC and/or plumbing estimates by calculating scope of work to be performed. -Work closely with Senior Estimators to complete projects as assigned. Requirements -Bachelor degree in related field, or equivalent experience. -2 years estimating experience in a similar enivironment preferred, however, newly graduated engineering students with little to no experience will be considered. -Able to maintain a professional attitude -Able to work well with all levels of the organization -Excellent organizational skills -Must be computer literate; experience with Quick Pen preferred.
