Key Requirements: Citizen Major Duties:Serves as a supervisor over professional and support personnel responsible for providing models and simulations support to Future Warfare Center programs. Exercises full technical and managerial control over efforts and resources of the division including both in house personnel and contractor organizations. This requires exercising and applying a very high degree of originality, ingenuity, and judgment to plan and accomplish these responsiblitites without the benefit of many precedents and guidelines and because of the uniqueness of the technologies and concepts involved, the availability and quality of information, and the continuing evolution and advances in state of the art models and simulations tools. Makes decisions on work problems presented by team leaders and contractors.
