Job Description:
Responsible to provide engineering support for HVAC and Building Management Systems including scope definition, design and specification review, and project quality and energy conservation. Responsible for balancing technology, cost and maintainability in determining and applying solutions to projects. This position will function together with the Project Manager as the primary interface with outside engineering consulting firms on mechanical design issues, and interpretation of Owner program and project requirements.Provide recommendations on Code compliance, equipment selection, value engineering, construction implementation and commissioning, interface with construction, and cGMP Validation of mechanical systems.Provide support, advice and guidance to the Project Team to produce quality projects that meet the program requirements, on time and within budget.Assist the Engineering department with development of corporate standards and guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
