He/She will be responsible for listening to the voice of the customer and commercializing our future product offerings. You will be responsible for developing a strategic plan and developing a road map; organizing the processes of production to optimize efficiencies; and staff development. You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; product knowledge in design and operation of HVAC equipment; and 10 years experience with increasing management responsibility in an engineering environment
