Job Description:
Answer inbound telephone calls; Set up account holders on payment plans via telephone, e-mail, & snail mail. Process payments that are forwarded to our Accounts Receivable Dept. for posting. Some clerical. We do not provide either Dental or Sick leave. Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm.

Job Requirements:
Some collection experience with ability to type accurately using all 10 fingers (speed not necessary). Good communication/speaking skills. Patience. Ability to learn our methods.
