Global company in the Midlands is seeking a strong financial leader for its Controller position. This role will have oversight of financial reporting, cost accounting, forecasting/budgeting, production reporting and supervise one Accountant. This critical function will partner with operations to help drive business results. The firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits plan. There is also ample growth potential, particularly for a candidate who is open to relocation in future years. Skills: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar Controller role within a manufacturing environment. Experience working in a engineered to order, contract accounting environment is preferred, as are strong ERP, computer skills and leadership abilities. CPA/CMA/MBA is preferred, but not required.
