Job Description:

This position is responsible for the operations of the Loan Fund including, but not limited to, loan analysis, loan servicing and other lending duties. In addition, this position is responsible for overall financial functions including, but not limited to, bookkeeping, accounting and cash management; financial analysis; internal and external financial reporting; forecasting; investment decision making; maintaining proper internal control structures; budgeting; regulatory reporting; interacting with external auditors and grants compliance. It requires a working knowledge of lending and credit principles, general accounting principles and the health care environment. This position requires an individual that demonstrates motivated self initiative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team attitude, a service-excellence philosophy and highly developed general accounting, financing and credit analysis skills.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEBachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, CPA/MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience as a controller/director managing all aspects of accounting. Specific lending and/or credit analysis experience preferred. Preferred candidate must possess the ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of staff.
