Major employer in Memphis has an immediate need for an External Reporting Manager, with primary responsibility of reviewing and filing the company's financial reports with the SEC. Added responsibility of writing financial earnings release and management discussion and analysis for 10Q and 10K products. Will also Assist treasury function in preparing pro forma financial statements for acquisition and debt/equity offering filings. Review company's benefit plan financial statements. Skills: Position requires 5+ years experience in public Accounting (Big 4) or experience with a large publicly traded company. CPA required.
