Job Description:
This position is responsible for leading and coordinating the company's finance and accounting functions including tax, day-to-day banking, budget management, produce internal financial statements, ensure accounting procedures and financial statements conform to Firm and be the primary owner of the annual audit. Skills: 5+ years experience as a Corporate ControllerGreat Plains and experience requiredEquity Edge experience preferredStrong knowledge of Firm requiredExperience managing AP, AR, payroll, cash, banking, international consolidations, and revenue recognition Experience with financial forecasting including cash, expense and revenue forecasts;Experience with financial reporting and financial statement preparation;Experience with federal, state and local tax reporting requirements;Ability to develop solid working relationships with executive management, the accounting team and all departments within the company;Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment; Excellent written and verbal communication skills;BA/BS degree in accounting, finance or related field.
