Job Description:
This position reports directly to the VP of Compliance and would be involved in working with outside consultants and the Controller for Sarbanes Oxley implementation, developing and executing the internal audit program, hiring and training staff as needed, preparing and presenting audit findings to the Board. The Internal Audit Director will be responsible for a variety of functions to include regulatory compliance, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, financial risk assessments, fraud investigations, internal controls, and related tasks. This is a high profile position in a rapidly growing company that offers exposure to executive management, collaboration with senior management, and an opportunity to help in taking this company public.
