ResponsibilitiesAssist with quarterly and annual tax provisionPrepares and completes tax return data and reports involved with federal, state, local and miscellaneous tax support as needed.Responsible for meeting all required deadlines.Assist with tax audits as needed.Maybe involved with tax accounting implications of mergers and acquisitions. Skills: Education and Work Experience:Strong understanding of accounting and previous tax provisions experience would be ideal.Familiarity with is helpful.Must be comfortable with computer spreadsheets and applicable tools.Good communication, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills required.Willingness to learn new things.Experience with Firm a plus.Must be able to work independently with little supervision.Minimum of three to six years experience, including two years with a large CPA firm or comparable tax experience.BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.
