Job Description:
Responsibilities include: Responsible for the management of all activities related to planning, scheduling, cost analysis, risk management, and change control; Responsible for the preparation of reports related to project status, Value, productivity, forecasts, schedule updates, cost forecasts, etc. ; Analyze and review proposal input related to planning, scheduling and cost ; Promote early corrective action to meet schedule and budget targets ; Supervise maintenance of productivity records for the establishment of unit costs and time requirements ; Confirm that extra work has been accommodated within cost and schedule projections ; Produce planning estimates for the client on a timely basis (as needed) ; Produce timeline schedules for all tasks on a given project. Prior scheduling experience is required (Primavera experience preferred) ; Track costs and progress on a given project to compare with the baseline estimate and schedule on a weekly basis ; Cost coding all direct cost expenses (labor, supplies, material, and subcontracts) for entry into cost integration tool. Keep client and company abreast of project expenses and project completion dates ; Administer change control procedure Identify and monitor risk triggers. Facilitate ongoing integration of risk into overall project planning. Skills: A degree in business and years of pertinent experience is required for this position.
