Job Description:

Responsibilities: · Supervise collection staff; assisting collectors/adjuster/team leads as necessary to resolve issues · Handle mega accounts as needed and retrieve weekly aging for collectors/adjusters · Daily monitoring of collector aging. Follow up with Team Leads, Collectors and Back UP Specialists as needed. · Assist with problem solving involving customers and sales department · Hold weekly meetings with employees to help identify potential problems and suggested solutions · Develop and recommend to Manager suggested improvements · Validate staff time in Firm payroll systems weekly and track associate vacation and PTO hours · Assist in employee evaluations and performance issues · Develop and assist training of new associates and Team Leads · Assist Managers and other Supervisors on projects and issues as needed Qualifications: · College degree preferred with high school or equivalent required · 3+ years experience supervising others required in Collection/Accounts Receivable function or related accounting field. · Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
