Responsibilities: A/P, A/R Bank Reconciliation Coordinate Budget and Cash Flow creation, reports, updates Create F/S, reports for grantors Coordinate payroll with provider Track staff benefits Create 1099s, review W2s Create reports and reconcile receipts for annual Festival box office Convert cash basis books to accrual basis at year end Work with auditor to complete annual audit and tax filings Additional Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must have a degree in Accounting/Finance, 3-5 years relevant experience; be proficient with QuickBooks, be able to create and use complex Excel spreadsheets, and be familiar with cash and accrual basis accounting. Familiarity with non-profit accounting is a plus. This is a part-time position (15-20 hr. week).
