Job Description:
Responsible for performing Earned Value analysis for multiple programs, scheduling and RLN and requires a strong working knowledge of these practices. This position will work on implementation of BCWS and BCWP, create CSSR reports, and other reports as required. This position will work with forecasts, budgets and variance analysis and be able to prepare and present such analysis and reports. This person will work with all levels of management including corporate officers-preparing and delivering presentations, preparing and delivering reports. The position will understand the materials/data and be effective in preparing reports. The position will work with customer commitments in terms of tracking and reporting to customers and internal customers. Basic Requirements BS in related disciplines. Must have minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a developmental engineering environment. Must know MS Project US Citizenship is REQUIRED. Must be able to obtain Security Clearance. Other Requirements MS in related discipline desired. Prefer an individual who has system implementation experience from an accounting and RLN perspective. Detail-oriented and be experienced in problem-solving and permanently fixing process problems. Creative in searching out solutions as well as in preparing data for effective delivery. Must have experience working with Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, MS Project. Strong working knowledge of Cobra for scheduling and resource loading is highly desirable. Manufacturing, services and commercial experience are desired, with additional experience in acquisition scenarios desired. Must have good interpersonal/communication skills, work well independently and work effectively in a team environment.
