Job Description:
Interact with Controllers group and Finance department on a regular basis. - Assist with U. S., state and foreign tax planning and tax research projects, including calculation of tax basis, projections. - Assist with calculations of earnings and profits, transfer pricing issues, Subpart F and foreign tax credit issues for tax planning purposes. - Manage U. S. and state audit inquiries. - Manage/assist with federal and state estimated tax payment calculations. - Monitor and provide legislative updates as appropriate. - Supervise and prepare federal, state tax and U. S. aspects of foreign compliance including controlled foreign corporation transactions. Required Skills/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in accounting - 5 - 10 years in Big 4, large regional CPA firm or multinational corporate tax department.
