Candidate should be familiar with global compensation issues regarding stock options, equity incentives, pensions, retirement plans, and benefits Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, International Business, or Human Resource Management.
