Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for Siemens business units. (Biweekly for about 75,000 employees) Including year end W2 processing. -Will provide operational and leadership responsibility to the SSL payroll teams. Staff size consists of 35-40 employees. - Ensure payroll service delivery is achieved at highest quality and customer service standards. - Lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives to achieve industry standards for process efficiency and effectiveness. - Lead teams to achieve operational excellence, 1st quartile performance and high customer satisfaction levels.
