Job Description:

Applied Card Systems, a leading financial servicing company, seeks a results-oriented Customer Assistance Manager of Outbound Collections. This highly visible position is located at our state-of-the-art facility in Boca Raton, Florida.
Duties Include:
· Delegate responsibilities to department supervisors and follow-up to ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks.
· Ensure that an acceptable number of accounts have been worked, an appropriate work effort has been applied to each of the accounts worked, and each member of the team has set adequate payment arrangements to these accounts.
· Work any accounts that team members refer to as “uncollectable” and the assigned accounts of absent associates.
· Be available for talk-offs and difficult calls and use them as training opportunities for the entire team.
· Handle associate complaints/issues.
Job Requirements:
· Associate's degree or sixty (60) credits from an accredited two- or four-year college or university.
· Two (2) years of collections experience in a manager position or four (4) years of collections experience in a supervisor position.
