Job Description:

Applied Card Systems, a leading financial servicing company, seeks a results-oriented Customer Assistance Supervisor of Outbound Collections. This highly visible position is located at our corporate headquarters in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.
Duties Include:
· Ensure that an acceptable number of accounts have been worked, an appropriate work effort has been applied to each of the accounts worked, and each member of the team has set adequate payment arrangements to these accounts.
· Work any accounts that team members refer to as “uncollectable” and the assigned accounts of absent associates.
· Be available for talk-offs and difficult calls and use them as training opportunities for the entire team.
· Direct the work of five or more associates.
· Handle associate complaints/issues.
Job Requirements:
· Associate's degree or sixty (60) credits from an accredited two- or four-year college or university.
· Two (2) years of collections experience in a supervisor position or three (3) years of collections experience in a team/unit leader position.
