These residential program components are focused on the diagnostics and tune-up of existing HVAC equipment and on the proper sizing and installation of new HVAC equipment; and for the installation, recruitment, and deployment of the Demand Response Program. All program activities are driven by specific production goals and contractual requirements. Responsibilities Meet or exceed the contractual goals and metrics of the HVAC and Demand Response Programs Oversee the recruitment and management of a network of HVAC contractors through technical training, and ongoing support Refine the program designs and guidelines to maximize program incentives and to increase program effectiveness, efficiency, and synergy across the HVAC and Demand Response programs Supervise field staff responsible for conducting QC inspections and overseeing contractors Create, monitor, train on and enforce QA/QC standards for all field work Oversee staff and contractor training, and field processes and procedures Develop forecasts, and manage within the parameters of the program budgets Develop and produce monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports as required and by Ameren and CSG management Determine staffing requirements and oversee interviewing, hiring, and training new program employees Manage Program related technical and field staff, and monitor and assign workload Leverage and coordinate training and technical standards development skills of CSG's Applied Building Science staff and other associated national HVAC experts Provide excellent client service though on-time and accurate completion of tasks Propose corrective actions to ensure timely and effective implementation of the various aspects of the energy efficiency programs Other tasks and projects as may be required Qualifications 3-4 years experience managing energy efficiency programs with prior experience with HVAC programs helpful
