Engineer-Mechanical /HVAC Design/Construction Job Location: NEW YORK, NY Great Opportunity! A well established Engineering and Consulting firm is seeking a HVAC Engineer with proven engineering ability, management skills, client liaison experience and a strong interest in career growth. You will perform feasibility studies and condition surveys, create detailed designs and provide technical assistance during the design and construction of projects ranging from high rise commercial properties to hospitals, theater complexes, schools, colleges, transportation facilities and historic renovation projects. You must have a Mechanical Engineering degree or similar discipline degree. Five years HVAC engineering experience, preferably of commercial/institutional buildings, is also preferred. Candidates with lesser experience that can demonstrate professional advancement will be considered for an entry level, while those with progressively more experience will be considered for a more senior position. Energy Engineering experience would be a plus.
