Job Description:
Maintain a strong understanding of the Branch Financial Model and utilize the model to manage the Service Department to the AOP Gross Profit target. Manage Service business to ensure AOP targets are achieved. Manage, develop and lead Service staff to facilitate an environment where employees are empowered and willing to initiate process improvements within Branch Operations. Oversee all aspects of service regarding dispatch, service delivery, work order review, billing, and collections. Ensure completion of necessary documents and electronic communication in a thorough, accurate and timely manner for timely invoicing requirements and accurate time cards. Hire, develop, and motivate a competent service staff.
