Job Description:
Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing and supervising service and maintenance technicians. May also be responsible for staffing functions, purchases, service vehicles, tools, training policies and procedures, customer relations and the coordination of designated service personnel. The Service Supervisor is a working supervisor with 40% of the time spent on administrative and supervisory functions and 60% of the time working as a lead service technician. Compensation: Up to $80K/year Requirements: 8+ years of Residential HVAC Installation , repair and maintenance related experience Previous experience managing a large, customer focused repair and installation team Budgeting, P/L. Scheduling, Performance Management, Facilities and Fleet management Ideal Candidates will Additionally have: Local Heating/Oil Burner licenses/Certifications Universal EPA card NATE CertificationResponsibilities: Monitor and direct the service agreement program from point of sale to completion of service checks. Monitor records for accuracy of all materials and equipment used on jobs. Check invoices, inventories and work performed by service employees to make sure it is being done correctly.
