Will manage the coordination of daily construction activity, construction planning, progress meetings and ability to document and communicate significant events and change orders. If assigned to a development team will coordinate with the engineering group and provide pricing for the energy conservation measures being considered. Will develop pricing using vendor and subcontractor input and various estimating tools and review energy savings projects at major governmental, commercial and industrial facilities will be required. May be assigned to manage one or more project and assist on one or more development projects. Initial Assignment: Manage the engineering and construction activities for the County of uthority Project Will issue the subcontracts and manage the subcontractor.
