With international perspective and local experience, our ICS professionals provide practical advice on establishing new ventures and contracts, structuring overseas transactions in a tax-efficient manner, managing their effective tax rates, and maintaining compliance with tax and trade regulations.Responsibilities: Provide advice to clients, in a range of industries, on international tax services and offerings Manage, direct, monitor, and deliver multiple client engagements Help identify additional areas of service to offer the client Maintain active communication with clients in an effort to manage expectations and help to ensure client satisfaction Research domestic and international tax matters Research, write, and review client tax advice Formulate and deliver possible tax planning and tax savings services Manage, supervise, and mentor other team members Aid in the development and training of team membersQualifications: Previous experience with several of the following common international tax planning areas: Outbound Transactional Structuring and Subpart.
