Job Description:
1. Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
2. Coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
3. Oversees performance of all trade contractors, Whiteriver Construction crews and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
4. Completes necessary documentation for a smooth and successful project including but not limited to daily time cards for construction crews, daily job reports, RFI’s, and assists in monthly billings, submittal review, and reviewing monthly subcontractor payment estimates.
5. Identifies potential change orders and additional work not included in plans and specifications and prepares cost for said work that will be submitted by project manager owners.
6. Checks on any reported difficulties, and corrects any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.
7. Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
8. Reports to owners and architects about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
Job Requirements:
1. Seven years or more of experience assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
2. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
3. Good oral and written communication skills.
4. Good organizational skills
