Responsibilities: Coordinates and administers internal auditing, excluding Information Systems assignments. Directs a selection of auditors in conducting the most complex audit projects, receiving only policy level direction from management. Identifies potential risk areas within Company and develops audit projects and programs to evaluate and test these areas. Assists the audit staff members in planning audit projects, as well as provide ongoing supervision, review and evaluation of the results of the audit process. Follows up with division management regarding audit findings. Reviews written audit reports. Handles special assignments, including acquisition analysis and due diligence procedures and confidential defalcation reviews as required.
