A senior living leader operator with over 20,000 units and 20,000 employees located in 33 states (190+ business units); two in-patient rehabilitation hospitals; and five institutional pharmacies, is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee approximately 60 employees in the accounting, accounts payable, purchasing, payroll and departments. Excellent management skills are a must. Will report directly to CFO. The candidate must have solid accounting and management skills, experience with systems (Peoplesoft preferable) and be technically savvy. Must be knowledgeable about requirements. Prefer applicants with the following experience: Large workforce management Payroll, Accounting Management Experience Long-term care or senior living experience Multi-unit management CPA experience Knowledge of budget software and project management
