Tax professionals help our clients manage state tax liability and such challenges as states with unique tax laws, the enforcement focus of state departments of revenue, the growing number of tax audits, and increased merger and acquisition activity. Our specific services include business restructuring, credits and incentives, sales and use tax, sales and use tax outsourcing, property tax, state income and franchise tax, state strategic tax review, and state tax controversy. We are currently seeking Tax Managers to join our group. Tax Managers use their experience in accounting and taxation to provide compliance and consulting services to corporate and individual clients. They must be familiar with the tax consulting process and the professionalism necessary for the effective diagnosis, solution, development and implementation of clients' tax requirements. TaxManagers have the opportunity to develop and pursue creative strategies while using the latest technologies. Managers in our Tax practice provide day-to-day management of accounts through delivering tax consulting services to the client and bringing in specialists when necessary. Primary responsibilities will include overseeing complex tax research projects for clients in diverse industries; participating in engagements requiring tax analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates; researching and analyzing a wide range of tax issues and tax implications; assuming tax-planning responsibilities for our corporate and individual clients.
