Responsibilities will include overseeing complex tax research projects for clients in diverse industries; participating in engagements requiring tax analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates; researching and analyzing a wide range of tax issues and tax implications; assuming tax-planning responsibilities for our corporate and individual clients. Tax Managers supervise assignments performed by the professional accountants serving as Tax Consultants and Seniors Consultants. They have responsibility for the development and motivation of the engagement team and provide them with leadership, counseling and career guidance. They should have extensive technicalexperience with a focus in a given industry/service line a plus. 4 or more years of public accounting experience, preferably within the Big or an equivalent in law firms or industry .
