Senior Managers provide leadership in timely and quality delivery of services to exceed the expectations of our clients. Engagement Tax Senior Managers will have responsibility for engagement budgeting, billing, management and scheduling. They are also responsible for the development and motivation of engagement staff and provide them with leadership, counseling and career guidance. They have proven extensive technical expertise and have developed their reputation within this taxprofession Private Client Service Tax Senior Managers must have the following qualifications: 7 or more years of general tax experience, preferably with at least five years experience in individual, trust and business flow through entity taxation, as well as experience working with high-net worth individuals and families, corporate executives, and/or owners of closely held businesses. Experience with a Big 4 firm or law firm is preferred. Experience in income tax planning and compliance. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Excellent project management and presentation skills required.
