Responsibilities Provide leadership to the Reporting organization, by implementing a new management reporting team structure, developing and training team members, setting appropriate goals and objectives, assessing team needs and enabling team members' success. Team together with key customers to provide innovative solutions to management reporting requirements throughout the organization. Manage the reporting of financial and statistical information to T-Mobile's parent company by providing timely reporting and commentary and communicating with contacts at the parent company, external reporting and accounting operations. Identify sources of data inconsistencies, and work with the Reporting Operations team to solve issues. Provide a strong customer focus to both internal and parent company customers. Develop and maintain key relationships with other accounting functions, finance, and business operations and provide support and guidance for special projects and programs. Proactively work with these functions to deliver a world class management reporting function. Hire, coach, and develop a high caliber team of professionals.
