Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced individual with at least 15 years of experience and at least 2 years of management and business development responsibility to manage our Miami Architectural practice. Focused on delivering quality Architecture services to our buildings and facilities clientele, the successful candidate should have experience managing operations for a multi-million revenue practice group. Further, the Division Manager will be responsible for providing financial oversight, leadership, marketing direction and technical guidance to the local Group/practice managers as well as to ensure that quality technical services are provided to clients. The main practice areas are: · Retail/Commercial · Secondary/Higher Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is required. An MBA is a strong plus. Candidate must be a licensed Architect in the state of Florida Excellent technical and interpersonal skills, public speaking and persuasive ability; very strong financial management, team management, and leadership skills; ability to manage and coordinate efforts of various programs to produce budgeted profits and overall results.
