INTERMEDIATE /SENIOR ARCHITECTS Firm is a seeking Intermediate and Senior Architects for our New York office that will be responsible for the quality of the day-to-day development of Revit-based model(s) as it relates to project deliverables. The successful candidates will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary design team, working on all project stages from schematic design through construction documents. The scale of the project requires cross-coordination between several offices and mandates that the Revit model ultimately serves as a BIM deliverable to the client. As our projects move into more detailed phases, we will need an architect with significant experience putting together construction documents and field experience. The Intermediate/Senior Architects will monitor project quality assurance and perform technical reviews of select firm projects developed by other teams. Given the fact that this is a fluid project, these individuals should be flexible to do a variety of things, including but not limited to basic CAD work. Qualifications:Bachelor of Architecture required.Proficient in Revit.Registered Architect preferred.4-7 years minimum experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD and Project Website programs.Expertise in specific technical areas or building type.
