Real Estate management and development company in Manhattan whose Architectural department is growing rapidly and specializes in the design and construction of commercial buildings and interior offices, retail, hotels and residential development. We are seeking a highly motivated Junior/Intermediate Architect to join our team collaborating with Tenants, Brokers and Contractors. Candidates should have an excitement for design, detailing, excellent communication skills, material researching and be able to work in a high pace collaborative environment. They should be able to take on projects from concept design to construction administration. Qualifications:2-5 years working experienceProfessional Degree (B.Arch or M. Arch)Proficiency in AutoCADKnowledge of Adobe CS Suite & Microsoft Office Suite3D Software and RenderingModel buildingCoordination work with Contractors and EngineersExperience in interior office design and knowledge of office furniture and basic office standardsConstruction Administration experience Hidrock offers great growth potential, benefits and salary to meet experience.
