Responsibilities:Supervise overall office activities including answering phones, copying, creating transmittals, faxing, organizing courier pick-up/delivery and processing physical and electronic filing systemsSchedule, coordinate and prepare for office meetings Office Managment responsibilities:Bookkeeping and bankingPayrollMaintain office supply inventory, communicate with IT and office equipment vendors and supportManage responsibilities such as job postings, interviews, new hire setup and orientation Project Administration responsibilities:Manage client invoicing, accounts payable and reimbursablesPrepare Proposals and AIA contractsAssist in the development of project time budgets and track time expenditure by project phaseMaintain materials and samples library, contact vendors for information and obtain samples for new materials researchManage plotting of drawings and maintain printed drawing sets for office use This is a full time position with benefits, including vacation and health insurance.
