The office of Perkins+Will seeks a licensed and experienced Project Manager to oversee large, complex, challenging Higher Education projects and their project teams. Primary responsibilities include managing and nurturing the relationship with the clients and the success of the project, as well as working alongside Project Architects in managing project budgets and staffing. Position requires a undergraduate degree in Architecture and minimum of 8+ years of professional architecture experience and previous project management experience. Candidates must have experience in dealing with the North Office of State Construction. Candidates with additional experience working with the North Carolina Department of Insurance or the Virginia will be given first consideration.
