Job Description:
Successful candidate will have a passion for historic architecture, high quality modern design and the material and technical aspects of both. Ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to play a part in advancing the Firm's portfolio. A minimum of 10 years experience in the design, development and production of architectural projects needed. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their design philosophy, commitment, and motivation through recent professional experience. An advanced degree in architecture, Professional licensure and LEED AP is desired. Responsibilities include engaging clients and team members in a collaborative, process of design, production and overall project delivery. This position will also carry responsibilities for firm development including proposal development, interviews, providing mentoring and career development to project staff and successfully prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
