We are looking for a passionate Senior Project Manager committed to changing the world one community at a time. If you are a degreed architect with 7-10 years experience in design and/or construction documentation and a passion to make an impact we need to talk. Experience must include leading multiple projects simultaneously · Excellent design and contract documentation skills. Strong technical skills, specifically within housing/stick-frame construction · Experience with AutoCAD 2002 and SketchUp. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint. Experience with Revit a plus · Experience with Freehand and/or Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Strong hand drawing skills required · Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to lead client and consultant meetings and make skillful presentations at public meetings.
